Goswami Kriyananda will be leading a retreat for his disciples April 19-22, at the Resurrection Retreat Center in Woodstock Illinois. The theme of this teaching will be The Next Step To Your Spiritual Evolution. The retreat begins at 7 :00 p.m. Thursday evening and concludes at 8 :00 a.m. Sunday morning. There are a limited number of rooms available on a first come basis. Early registration for disciples will be open through January 31st. After that time accommodations will be offered to disciples of disciples and students enrolled in the Mystical Science Lessons and the Kriya Initiation Program.
Kriyanandaji will be concluding his visit to Chicago by offering the noon meditation at the Babaji Festival on Sunday the 22nd. If you are flying in and would like to attend the retreat and the Babaji, transportation is available on Sunday from the retreat center to the Temple, and then from the Temple to O’Hare at 2 :00 p.m. If you plan to come to the Temple on Sunday, you want to schedule your return flight after 3 :30 pm.
If you stay at the retreat center, there is no need for you to rent a car or drive unless you want to. (If you stay at a hotel, however, you will need a car.) We will be arranging group transportation to and from O’Hare airport. The cost is $75.00 per person. If you plan to participate in our group transportation you should arrive at O’Hare no later than 3 :00 pm on Thursday the 19th and schedule your departure after 11 :00 a.m. on Sunday the 22nd. You will depart the airport hotel at 4 :00 p.m. on Thursday and arrive back at O’Hare by 10 :00 a.m. on Sunday. If you wish to attend the Babaji festival and participate in our group transportation from the Temple, the total cost is $95.00. You will arrive at O’Hare by 2 :30 p.m.
The love offering for the retreat teaching is $175.00. The cost for room and board at the center is $350 for double occupancy or $395 for single occupancy and includes vegetarian meals. Dinner will be served on Thursday evening, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
The offering to the Temple for the retreat teaching is $195.00. The cost for room and board at the center is $350 for double occupancy or $395 for single occupancy. This includes vegetarian meals. The price for room and board is set by the retreat center and is not retained by the Temple. The cost for meals only during the retreat is $175 for the weekend. If you do not stay in the retreat center and do not share meals with the group there is still a nominal facilities charge of $95.00
